If you have been sent the wrong product, colours or they are badly damaged (some tins may have slight dents or damage which is unavoidable, and will not affect the products performance), then please contact our office Free call 1800 062 301, and we will organise to have the goods returned & replaced. (a digital photo of any badly damaged goods would be appreciated via email )
For all other returns (where you have changed your mind or ordered incorrectly) you may return your undamaged goods in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Here’s the important part: returning your order is at your risk completely, you are required to prepay all shipping charges & insurances or accept the possible risk of loss or damage during shipment back to us.
Goods must be returned with the original receipt / Tax invoice and original packaging within 14 days of the date you receive the product. If the item is returned within this timeframe, we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. (Some charges may apply to refunds)
2. Pricing and Price Reductions / Corrections
With regards to pricing, PoolPaintOnline store reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at/on the PoolPaintOnline store at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
3. Order Acceptance/Confirmation For Online and Call Center Purchases
Once we receive your order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify PoolPaintOnline store’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order.
